The Teddy

• Two-Junior team event – 6-holes or 3-holes Best Ball, 6-holes or 3-holes Scramble, 6-holes or 3-holes Alternate-Shot. Number of holes depends on Division.
• Divisions based on oldest juniors age: 16-17 (18-holes); 14-15 (18-holes); 12-13 (18-holes); 10-11 (9-holes); 9 & under (9-holes)
• 18-hole divisions have staring times beginning at 1pm; 9-hole divisions starting times begin at 3pm
• Adults/Parents can caddie, but remember the junior is in charge!
• Customized Vokey wedges for the division winners along with other prizes
• All juniors receive tee gifts
• Grand buffet after golf that caddies and guests are invited to partake
• $50 per player entry fee

Played in memory of long time Moccasin Creek PGA Professional Ted Zahn. Ted was a lifelong advocate of junior golf and started the junior golf program at Moccasin Creek. He loved that later in life he was teaching his former junior golfer’s children and grandchildren. Above all, he wanted junior golfers to play the game for life, learn from the life lessons that golf taught, and be mentors for the next generations. We play this event in celebration of his life and the wonderful people we meet in golf.
